Orders & Fulfillment

All products are custom-made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

Once shipped, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Digital confirmation (email) will be sent with tracking info once your order has been dispatched.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of purchase via approved payment methods.

Care & Keepsakes uses third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and does not store full credit card information.

We make every effort to accurately display our products; however, colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen resolution or personalization.

Returns & Refunds

Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue or offer a replacement.
